For non-Egyptian undergraduate students willing to study in Egypt, please visit the Study in Egypt website at https://study-in-egypt.gov.eg/

Please note that the required documents to be uploaded on the website are as follows:

  1.  Copy of the student’s latest academic certificate
  2. A copy of a valid passport or refugee card
  3. Seven personal photos
  4.  Copy of student’s birth certificate.

To apply, please follow these steps:

  1. Create an account on the website https://study-in-egypt.gov.eg/
  2.  Pay the application fees
  3. Fill in the required information
  4. After receiving an activation message on your email, log in to create your password
  5. Click on Higher Education service
  6. Fill in the required information
  7.  Fill in the certificate data and grades as instructed
  8. Choose Badya University
  9. Upload documents
  10. Choose payment method
  11.  Upload the bank deposit receipt, provided that the receipt is under the student’s name
  12.  A preliminary acceptance letter will be sent within a maximum of 5 working days after technically reviewing your application.
  13. Students are automatically matched with their choice based on the availability of places.
  14. The student will receive a primary nomination in Badya University
  15. Pay the required fees. This includes service, degree updates, club, and registration fees. Please note that this nomination will be canceled if payment is not made within 14 days.
  16. After payment, the student should submit his/her file to Badya University
  17. The university will confirm the submission
  18. After the university receives the student file, the student will get a confirmation message on  https://study-in-egypt.gov.eg/

Application process

  1. Click here to apply now and fill out the application form (applications are currently closed).
  2. Verify your email address to receive a username and password.
  3. Carefully read the attestation and approve it.
  4. Pay the application fee of LE 1500.
  5. Badya’s student ID number will be emailed to you. Make sure to mention this number in all your communication with the admissions staff.
  6. Set a date for the interview.
  7. Make sure to submit a copy of your English proficiency result as soon as it is received.

Tuition Fees for the AY 2024/25

The tuition fee payment schedule and procedures are outlined below:

Tuition fees for new students are collected in three installments:

  1. 1st Installment (30% of Annual Tuition Fees):
    • Upon receiving the acceptance letter.
    • For returning students, before the first day of the Fall semester.
  2. 2nd Installment (35% of Annual Tuition Fees):
    • Maximum payment by 31/12/2024.
  3. 3rd Installment (35% of Annual Tuition Fees):
    • Maximum payment by 01/04/2025.

Payment Procedures: Students must proceed immediately with payment before the stated deadlines.

  • Cash payments can be made through E-Finance Payment by providing the bank teller with your Badya University ID to record your deposit.
  • Credit/debit card payments can be made through the Students Affairs office.
  • For USD payments, the amount should be deposited/transferred to the university’s USD bank account or made using a credit/debit card payment at the Students Affairs office.
  • Students who pay through bank transfers (other than direct deposit at AUB or payment at the admission office) must return the bank slip to the Students Affairs Office before the deadline.
