Admission Eligibility
Accepted Certificates
Egyptian General Secondary School Certificate (Al Thanaweya Al-Amma), British Secondary School Certificates (GCSE, IGCSE), American High School Diploma, French Secondary School Certificate, International Baccalaureate, German Secondary School Certificate (Abitur), Nile International Certificate (CNISE), and other equivalent certificates.
English Proficiency
Different schools within the university require different levels of English proficiency:
- Medicine, Dentistry, Physical Therapy: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 60.
- Computing and Data Science, Business Administration, and Applied Economics: IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 46.
Application Requirements
Essay
A 500-700 word essay on a provided topic.
Online Assessment
Computer-based test for assessing personal characteristics and situational judgment.
Recommendation Letter
One letter from a school teacher.
Interview
An online interview is required for all schools.

Thanaweya Amma
Specific subjects required for different schools.
IGCSE
A minimum of 8 O-Level subjects with certain compulsory subjects for different programs.

The tuition fee payment schedule and procedures are outlined below:
Tuition fees for new students are collected in three installments:
- 1st Installment (30% of Annual Tuition Fees):
- Upon receiving the acceptance letter.
- For returning students, before the first day of the Fall semester.
- 2nd Installment (35% of Annual Tuition Fees):
- Maximum payment by 31/12/2024.
- 3rd Installment (35% of Annual Tuition Fees):
- Maximum payment by 01/04/2025.
Payment Procedures: Students must proceed immediately with payment before the stated deadlines.
- Cash payments can be made through E-Finance Payment by providing the bank teller with your Badya University ID to record your deposit.
- Credit/debit card payments can be made through the Students Affairs office.
- For USD payments, the amount should be deposited/transferred to the university’s USD bank account or made using a credit/debit card payment at the Students Affairs office.
- Students who pay through bank transfers (other than direct deposit at AUB or payment at the admission office) must return the bank slip to the Students Affairs Office before the deadline.
